Pink Gloves Club is a womens only martial arts club founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our training is dedicated to all fitness levels and ages, touching on boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA techniques that translate well to self-defense situations. We offer once a month social sessions too! Drop in for $10 dollars a class
Tori Whaley@toriPlanning out more partner work drills for the ladies so we can connect more 1:1 during our sessions. Cool thing about partner drills is it sort of mitigates the issues around having so much skill variance on the mat. Man, I love these girls :)
